2)  Visit your "Account page" and select the tab "edit profile". 


  • "Upload a Profile photo": Cretico  is founded on good communication, trust and safety. That’s why, we require all guests to have at least a profile photo of themselves, so the other Cretico users get an idea of who they are dealing with. Drag and drop a photo into the profile photo table or click on it and select the name of the file.

  • "Change Email":Your email address is unique and cannot be changed. If it is necessary to change your email address contact Cretico team. Your e-mail is shared only when you have a confirmed booking by another cretico user. It allows you to contact, if it's necessary. 

  • "Verify my phone number": It's important your phone number to be verified, in order to receive in your mobile Cretico's notifications. Your phone number is shared only if you have a confirmed booking by another cretico user. It allows you to contact, if it's necessary. 

  • "Describe yourself": For an attractive profile be sure to properly describe yourself including information about you, your interests your likes and dislikes and your travelling style.


How do I verify my phone number?


One really important step in this page is also to verify your phone number .


1)  Chose your country and your area code will automatically appeared.

2)  Type your phone number and press "Add & Verify".

3)  You will receive a text message of a four digit code. Enter the code and press "Verify".


You can change your phone number by following the same process.
