What you can do as a host is managing all your listings with one account. The registration is for free and can be done either by you or by our team in a quick and easy way.


You will be able to receive notifications through SMS once you have a new booking request or an inquiry. We will keep you informed by e-mail about your listings/booking/cancellation/profile activities, etc.


You will be able to communicate directly with your potential guests before a confirmed booking, by answering to booking requests and inquiries or by making a special offer. When you receive a booking request as a pending booking, you’ll have the ability to choose either to accept or reject it. If there is no answer within 24 hours, the pending booking is auto-declined.  Once you have a confirmed booking, both parties will know each other's e-mail address and phone number to contact. Your last name, your phone number or any other personal data such as your e-mail or your website which could lead the communication out of the platform, should not be given before a booking is confirmed.


As regards your listing, be sure that it includes all the relevant and useful information in order your guests to know if your villa meets all their requirements and specific needs. Photographs will help your guests imagine themselves in your villa, so be sure that you have uploaded a satisfactory amount of high resolution  photos of  the interior and the exterior spaces. 


You have the ability of setting the pricing according to the season. It is very important to keep your guests informed about your villa’s availability and reservations. For your convenience, you have the ability of calendar synchronization with other platforms.

You, as a host, can choose either to manage your listing yourself or, if your free time is limited, to assign our team to be your account’s manager. Depending on your choice, website's service fees will be 9% or 15% on the final booking price, respectively. Once a reservation is booked, your guest pays our company 30% deposit of the total amount, and the rest amount one month prior arrival. We  ensure that your money is safe until your guest arrives at your villa. The net amount of  payment, is transferred to you 24 hours after his arrival. The transaction can be done through PayPal or your personal account.We manage all your transaction in safety.


In case of cancellation, we are here for you. Choose the cancellation policy you prefer. Flexible cancellation policy will help your villa climb up the ranking climax.

Finally, we provide 100% friendly environment for Smart Phones - Tablets in order to improve your listing. Our company communicates directly with Google in order to increase your property’s traffic and publicity.
