In order you, as a guest, to cancel a confirmed booking, you have to contact Cretico team, as soon as possible.
Cretico will try to initiate a conversation between you and the owner to arrange the refund. If there is no solution found, the refund will be according to the cancellation policy of the particular villa.
Guests should always read carefully the cancellation policy rules of each villa before booking.
