In case another villa cannot be found or does not meet your demands, the full amount of your in advance payment will be refund with no extra fees.


In order to provide you the above, the cancellation has to be done officially by the owner through Cretico site. Please, remind him to contact Cretico and make, officially, the cancellation, unless he has already done it. Once the host cancells officially, the status of the "Accepted" message turns into "Cancellation Pending" and you receive an e-mail notification.
