Through our easy search, you can choose the destination you would like to visit in Crete. If you don’t have a specific place, just write: ‘Crete’ and all of our villas are going to appear on the right hand- side of the screen, listed in pages.

In order to limit your search, you may choose the dates you are interested in and the number of guests. Set your price range or even the number of the bedrooms and bathrooms you want. Finally, you can use ‘more filters’ and select all the necessary amenities for you e.g. wireless internet, wheelchair access, pets allowed, etc and "Apply" them.

Move the mouse over the villas and see their location on the map on the left of the screen.

Click on the arrows on each villa appearing, in which you may be interested, and view their photos. If you are actually interested in a villa, click on it so that you learn details about it.

Once you are in the villa's page, under the dates fields you are able to see how long ago the host updated the calendar. By clicking on "View Calendar", you can see the availability of the listing's calendar at the bottom of the villa's page. 


Once you find a villa meeting your demands, you have two options:

1) Book now if you are sure for your choice


2) Contact owner, for any abeyance


These two options are buttons on the page of the villa on your right hand side.
In order to make a request for a booking or to contact with a host you have to be registered.

1)  The "Book Now" button sends a booking request to a host for the specific dates you select. Cretico will ask you your payment details in order to hold the total cost of your reservation.

The host has the option to accept or decline your pending booking or ask you some questions.


In case the host does not accept your request within 24 hours , your request automatically expires and the total amount of payment will be refunded to you with no charges.

Once the host accepts,we will send you an email with the host’s personal information- in order to communicate if it is necessary- and also some other details for your reservation.

In case the host declines your request, the total amount of payment will be refunded to you with no charges.

2) The "Contact Owner" button lets you communicate with your host through our secure messaging system.

You may send inquiries to more than one host. Select the dates you would like or if you don’t have specific dates yet, use random dates.Write a message to the host asking everything you would like to know. For example, you could discuss some trip details, specify amenities or request a special offer.

Once the host answers by making you a special offer or by pre-approving your inquiry, you are able to proceed to a confirmed booking by clicking the button "Accept special offer" or "Confirm Booking" for each case. Confirm the booking as quickly as you can, because other potential guests may have sent inquiries too. We will ask you your payment details in order to proceed in the payment and confirm your booking. An email will be sent to you including the host’s personal information- in order to communicate if it is necessary- and some other details for your reservation.

After the booking, you can still communicate with the host through our platform or even by using his personal email or phone, which are now available to you. In any case, be sure to confirm your check in time and all the arrival details such as directions to the villa, picking up the key, etc.


During your accommodation, you can be informed from Cretico blog about beaches, sights, food and entertainment.

After the end of your holidays, write a review regarding your experience from the villa and your host so that you help other travellers make their choice.Your host may also write a review about you.

-You are going to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the reservation, including Cretico’s Service fees (6% on the final booking price), in order to make a booking. You pay the rest 70%, 30 days prior arrival.

-The net amount of payment is transferred to the owner 24 hours after your arrival giving both parties the opportunity to check that everything is ok.
-Your personal details regarding the name, phone and email address are going to be visible to your host after the booking.
