If you cannot remember your password so that you cannot access into your Cretico account:
1) Press the button "Forgot password?" on the log in pop up window.
2) Type your email address associated with your Cretico account and press "Send".
A new password will be sent in your email. Use this automated password to log in your Cretico account. You can change your password any time.
