• All the users in Cretico can see the reviews they have received and the reviews they have given by going to “Reservations” page “Reviews” in their Dashboard. In this page, they have also the ability to answer to a review they have received, as well as to see the private review a user has written, which is visible only in this page.

  • In addition to the “Reservations” page, reviews appear also publically in the user’s “Profile” page, whether he is a guest or a host. The host’s review is also visible on the page of the villa for which the review is given.

  • In the “Booking request page”, in the “Cancellation request” page and also in the “Reservation details” page appear the latest reviews that both, the guest and the host have received.
