Your guest has to pay our company a 30% deposit in order to book the villa.

The rest 70% must be paid off, at least 28 days before your guest's arrival, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If the check-in date is less than a month from the date the reservation is made, the guest pays at once the total amount of the reservation.


Note: It should be noted that in any case you will receive the 30% deposit with no extra charge.

 

The following cancellation policies applies only if the guest has paid the total cost of the reservation

Here is in particular the exact content of each available cancellation policy, that you can choose:


Flexible

The host will receive:

  •  A 50% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation at least 7 days before the local check in time of the arrival.
  •  A 75% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation from 7 to 2 (not including the 7th day) days before the local check in time of the arrival.
     

Note! For cancellations within the last 7 days (not including the 7nd day) you will receive 100% payment (minus services fees).


Moderate

The host will receive:

  • A 50% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation at least 14 days before the local check in time of the arrival.
  • A 75% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation from 14 to 7 (not including the 14th day) days before the local check in time of the arrival.

Note! For cancellations within the last 2 days (not including the 2nd day) you will receive 100% payment (minus services fees).

Strict

The host will receive:

  • A 50% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation at least 21 days before the local check in time.
  • A 75% payment of the total cost of the booking (minus services fees) as long as your guest has officially cancelled your reservation from 21 to 14 (not including the 21st day) days before the local check in time of the arrival.


Note! For cancellations within the last 14 days (not including the 14nd day) you will receive 100% payment (minus services fees).


You can change your cancellation policy any time you want. The new cancellation policy will be valid, only for your future reservations.
