In case you, as a host, may have to cancel a booking, we would suggest you to make it as soon as possible.

The cancellation has to be done officially through Cretico site in order the guest to have a refund of the money that he/she has paid.

 

In this case of cancellation, you will not receive any payment and you will be charged with 3% up to 15% of the cancelled booking from your next booking. Also, the days on the calendar will continue appearing as booked. Finally, you are publicly given the opportunity to explain the reasons of cancellation by answering under the automated appearing review in your profile.
