In case that a guest decides to cancel his reservation, a member of Cretico's team will contact you, as soon as possible, providing you the reason of the cancellation after contacting with the guest.
We will try to initiate a conversation
between you and the guest to arrange the refund.
If there is no solution found,
the refund will be according to the cancellation policy you have selected for
your villa.
